1. Introduction

By accessing or using our website and placing orders with A Amin Plastic, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These apply to both Custom-Made and Ready-Made products, whether manufactured in-house, imported, or sourced from local wholesale markets.

2. Product Categories

A. Custom-Made Products

These are tailored based on client specifications and sample approval, including but not limited to:

  • Cosmetic containers

  • Thermoformed packaging

  • Injection moulded parts

  • Industrial-grade packaging

B. Ready-Made Products

These include pre-manufactured or in-stock items made by us or sourced from verified vendors, including:

  • General-use containers

  • Imported or wholesale packaging items

  • Off-the-shelf standard solutions

3. Ordering Process

For Custom-Made Products:

  • Orders are processed only after final sample approval by the client.

  • Once approved, production begins, and changes will not be accepted without potential cost implications.

  • All specifications must be confirmed in writing or via email/official communication.

For Ready-Made Products:

  • Orders are fulfilled based on current stock availability.

  • Orders are considered confirmed once payment is received (unless stated otherwise in a bulk/trade agreement).

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in BDT unless otherwise mentioned.

  • Prices for custom-made items are quote-based depending on specifications.

  • For ready-made items, prices may vary due to market fluctuations or import cost changes.

  • Payment must be made through approved methods listed on our site or invoice.

5. Delivery Policy

Timeline:

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of order.

  • Custom-made orders depend on sample approval time, rework requirements, and production scale.

  • Any delay in sample approval by the client will extend delivery time.

  • Force majeure events (natural disaster, unrest, supply chain issues) may delay delivery, in which case we’ll notify customers in advance.

Tracking & Updates:

  • Customers will receive regular updates via email/phone.

  • For ready-made items, tracking may be available upon dispatch.

6. Return & Refund

Return and refund policies are defined separately in our Refund & Return Policy. Please refer to that document. Key points:

  • Custom products are non-refundable unless they differ from approved samples.

  • Ready-made items can be returned within 7 days under certain conditions.

7. Cancellation Policy

Custom Orders:

  • Cannot be cancelled once production has started.

  • If cancelled before sample approval, a processing fee may be applied.

Ready-Made Orders:

  • Can be cancelled before shipment.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — the return policy applies instead.

8. Intellectual Property

All product designs, content, and visuals on this website are the intellectual property of A Amin Plastic or respective licensors. No part may be reproduced or used without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

A Amin Plastic is not responsible for:

  • Any loss or damage caused due to misuse of our products

  • Delay due to customer-side inactivity (e.g. approval delay)

  • Incompatibility of our standard ready-made products with client’s specific needs (unless pre-verified)

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute:

  • We aim to resolve matters amicably with the client

  • If unresolved, the matter will fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladesh courts (Dhaka)

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with the effective date.
