🧷 1. Custom-Made Product Policy

🔄 Sample-Based Production

We produce every custom-made item only after the customer approves the final sample. This includes design, color, print, shape, and functional attributes.

Return Eligibility:

✅ If the delivered product does not match the approved sample, we will:

  • Accept return

  • Remake the product correctly and re-deliver at no extra cost

  • No refund will be issued since the product was made specifically for you

⏰ Client must notify within 5 working days of delivery with valid proof (photos, physical evidence)

Not Eligible for Return/Refund:

  • Matches the approved sample

  • Delay caused by customer’s sample approval

  • Misuse or damage after delivery

  • Product change requests after production has started


⏱ Delivery Timeline Clarification

  • Approval delays caused by the client are not included in our committed delivery time

  • If the approved sample needs to be redone, the rework time will be added

  • Force majeure events (e.g., floods, political unrest) may cause delivery delays — you’ll be informed proactively

  • Clients are updated in real time; if delays are unavoidable, you’ll be informed in advance


📦 2. Ready-Made Product Policy

🔁 Return & Refund Eligibility

For ready-made products (i.e., stock items, standard packaging, or imported goods), the following policy applies:

✅ Returns accepted if:

  • Product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • Product is damaged or defective upon arrival (must notify within 48 hours of delivery)

  • Wrong product is delivered

⛔ Returns not accepted if:

  • Product is used, damaged after delivery, or not in original condition

  • Return request is made after 7 days

  • Product was on discount or clearance sale

  • Product is in the non-returnable category (see below)

Non-returnable ready-made items include:

  • Gift cards or coupons

  • Personal hygiene or health-related items (if unsealed)

  • Any opened product not defective

  • Custom-labelled stock items


💳 Refund Processing

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Refund amount will exclude original shipping charges unless the issue was our fault

  • If refund is delayed, please contact your bank/credit card provider first


🚚 Return & Exchange Instructions

For Both Categories:

  • Contact us first via email or phone with order details and reason for return

  • We will provide the return address and method

  • Shipping cost for valid returns will be borne by us only if the error was ours

  • Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • For high-value items, use a trackable shipping service


🛍 Exchanges (Ready-Made Only)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

🎁 Gifts

  • If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received

  • If not marked as gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser
